We offer real estate advisory and brokerage services for luxury properties in Goa. All property listings, descriptions, and visuals are subject to availability and final confirmation by the seller/developer.

2. Commission Structure

Our professional fees are applicable on all successful transactions and are to be paid upon execution of the sale agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The standard brokerage commission is:

• For buyers: 2% of the final sale value

• For sellers: 2% of the final sale value
  All commissions are exclusive of applicable taxes.

 

3. Third-Party Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy, all property details are provided in good faith and sourced from sellers, developers, and official documentation. We do not take responsibility for discrepancies, omissions, or changes made without prior notice.

4. Confidentiality

Client information shared during the consultation process is treated with utmost confidentiality and used solely for advisory and transactional purposes.
